I ❤️ that there are clear separate raised beds in this garden. This allows for individuality and minimal committees. Also the garden bed is raised suitable for the elderly.

A community garden should be friendly and welcoming to all!
But seriously…
Each plot could share say ten percent or more of their harvest with the community.
Maybe the next time a homeless guy shows up in a community, he will be able to share some of the “tithed”crop.
Maybe every coffee shop could have a table reserved for a homeless veteran. No idea how it would work. Maybe have a jar that says, “Buy a veteran a cup of coffee.”alongside a tip jar. That way no veteran need ever feel alone.
