Yes my parents got told I was a genius at parent’s evenings. Fat lot of good it did me. I got used to not letting on how smart I am in order to fit in,
People tend to equate being clumsy with being stupid.
I have never really let on that I have a really high IQ. I prefer to watch and see who will try to treat me like I am dumb.
