Capital Radio used to have a Saturday night show where people would ring in and suggest songs to do with a theme.
I remember the theme being the still single Prince Charles once,
One song suggested was Oh Diane – Fleetweed Mac
Another song which had often seemed to crop up on the show was For Your Love by The Yardbirds.
Much of my taste for older music had come from this show! They also used to do an All Time Top 500.
