They seem either unable or unwilling to deliver to apartment blocks, please feel free to contradict me but this has been my experience. In every case they have made minimal attempt to notify me that they are delivering groceries, They make a token attempt tto contact Mr and then return the shopping back to Coles, Coles seems to have a problem with delivery driver’s these days which they are not addressing,
