No excuses some of these posts are not kind.
I have been reminded that I too deserve kindness.
While I am healing some of my posts may seem a little unkind but this was supposed to be my space. If you find my posts unfair, unkind or untruthful, I understand your right to unsubscribe etc. It has taken many years and a lot of heartache to understand it is important to be kind to myself. This may mean some of my posts are not all pink clouds and fluffy bunnies. so I understand perfectly should you need to stop reading. That is my kindness towards my readers.
I thank you for your patience in sticking with me, even when you might not like all my posts.
