When I was in school my head teacher said this! The first assemble she took she had a rotten apple in her hand and said, “I will crush the bad apple!” Then she squeezed it and made a mess 😅 not many people miss behaved while she was the boss lol
It is apparently true as rotting apples give off ethylene, which rots other apples but boy can we see this concept illustrated in the world lately.
