So painful to consider the need for this. Maybe the fact that a bunch of CEOs urged the Senate to do something will force a few Republicans to find a modicum of decency.
He also told a story of a teacher in a shop with him who was trying to buy a first aid kit with a tourniquet, presumably with her own money. She was discouraged to learn she would need a kit for each child. This actually made me cry being a teacher myself and having volunteered in an American elementary school. I still have the yearbook and the recipe book they gave me when I left.
I love this guy. I have only recently discovered him.
