Sadly I think narcissists and narcissism is one of those things, you really have to do, to understand. Until you have experienced narcissistic abuse first hand, it is very hard to comprehend this comprehensive and insidious abuse.
Plenty of biblical characters experienced narcissistic abuse, so we are in good company.
