The Daily Realities of Racism

It apears to me that this sort of nonsense may be occuring more frequently worldwide now. People seem to feel emboldened to tackle anybody who dresses differently or who speaks a different language.
Is this  really the way we want the world to be?

My part Jamaican friend was the first person who had ever explained to me, what it was like to be on the receiving end of racism. She had told me for example, that her respectable accountant brother, had been stopped and searched on more than one occasion. She was once in a high end store looking at wedding dresses with me, when she had apparently been made to feel uncomfortable by the sales assistants.

This Megyn Kelly interview  is brilliant. It actually fully reveals the truth-all aspects-gaslighting, manipulation and the dangers faced whether women stay or go. It also covers the way therapists can be inadvertantly used to further perpetuate abuse.

It makes it clear abuse cuts through all social classes.
